help! sometimes diamond auto reset itself when using evdo

help! sometimes my diamond reseted itself when i was using evdo, such as ie, messenger or remote desktop mobile. this time i had flashed the sprint stock rom before i flashed to groove4 6.5 build 10. it worked very well. but diamond reseted itself when i was disconnecting from evdo. then it couldn't reboot to windows immediately, It vibrated about three times (only show black "htc diamond" boot picture), the fourth times it still couldn't boot sucessfully (maybe show "windows mobile 6.5" wellcome picture). but the fifth time it could boot sucessfully. i have check my diamond through kaspersky mobile 6.0 and 7.0,no virus was find. it still happened when i flashed to juicy 4.4, even more, i have cleared storage and fomarted the internal storage. but groove4 6.5 and juicy 4.4 wroked pefectly before. i was confused now. anyone can help me?
