Diamond Stock ROM issues

I updated my Diamond ROM to the leaked sprint ROM. Since then I have been having major issues with the phone. I tried to revert back to the stock ROM, but I can not seem to do this.

The phone says it has downgraded. I was at 2.0 something. I downgraded to 1.9 something. Not I am at 1.43 something. Here is the issue, when you turn the phone on, and it says Touch Diamond, underneath that is says "test only, not for sale". What ROM is the STOCK SHIPPED ROM, that comes with the phone, no extras, addons, or other stuff? When I pulled this phone out of the box, it was really cool, now it sucks. I want my old phone back.

What is the shipped ROM?
How do I speed that ROM up?
How do I prevent text delays and lockups?
How do I prevent phone answer delays?
How do I sync with Windows Live email and calendar?
How do I sync with Google? I tried this exchange thing, but it says invalid user name and password. But I know my user name and password are correct.

as for how to fix all those problems i can tell you that

1. speed up ..alot of tweaks read and try..or try custom roms
2. prevent text delay and lockups, no real solution yet
3.answer delay ..as of now it is a fact of this phone no definite solution, few things you can try..use a small wav file as a ringtone and alll the others are myth
4. syncing your windows live you can use "windows live " that comes almost with every rom
5.google as in gmail ,well honestly i use a program/service called seven and it does an excellent job for pushing all kind of emails and syncing calenders but before you use it please read this thread http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=59448

Or just flash you a RSTG rom... All the comforts of a stock rom with all the extra sprint IT craap taken out or fixed.

Seriously ... you should take Don's advice ... unlock your phone, and flash with his RSTG rom. If you need help, just ask. You will never look back ...

Thanks for all your help. I will try the RSTG ROM. I am just sick of all the issues with this phone. But, I like it anyway and I don't want to get rid of it. I would be much happier if they could figure out how to make a windows mobile phone that did not have errors.

You will have very few issues, if any, and you will fall in love with your phone. It's like night and day ... good luck!
