Omnia's TouchWhiz UI on HTC?

Hey guys, I've been hearing good things about Samsung Omnia's TouchWhiz UI.. It seems a lot faster and lighter than any incarnation of TouchFLO

I know it's not as easy as porting another HTC device's UI on to the diamond (screen type and resolution difference), but can anyone port Omnia's UI on to the Touch Diamond? Or has anyone done that yet?

Thanks.

well I don't think there is a direct port of the touchwhiz ui, but the boys at xda developed one that is pretty close to it. http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...ighlight=omnia

First time I have seen that. Looks pretty cool... I might have to try it out.

I'm going to give this a try. It certainly seems like a nice alternative to TF3D.

Just installed this. Looks pretty but very slow and clunky. For now, TF3D will remain the standard.
