Easy way to change Taskbar Icons?

Does anyone know if there is an easy way to change the taskbar icons. Like maybe something in a .CAB form that I can install to change the icons?

If so, does anyone know where I can find some installable icons? Or instructions on changing them if it is not too complicated. Thanks!
