HELP ! trying to reflash HTC touch with sprint and getting Error 244

I tried hacking phone to work on verizon didnt work right ... so i wanted to flash it with sprint rom and it gives me error 244 and it wont flash ! no other rom will work! i tried re unlocking phone nothing... tried hard reseting and soft reseting and nothing..... someone help! i dont wanna my phone bricked! what can i do!

Is it a TDiamond? Does HTC have an upgrade for Sprint? Check their site; they have one for Telus. If they do, it may load a ROM for you. Dunno.

no its a sprint htc touch that i wanted to get into verizon.... but i couldnt do it and i want to flash with sprint rom again to sell it .... its not working with the sprint rom it gives me error 244

it currently has the juggalo rom on it.... but it wont take any new roms it gives me that error 244......

Bro, this is the Touch Diamond forum, not Touch. The Touch is the same as Vogue, which is why you were sent here:

This is also why you are getting error 244. You are trying to flash a rom that's intended for one device to a different device. It no workey like that.

Go find a stock "ship" Touch rom and flash it. Done.
