Bad ROM Install

I did a bad install of a ROM and now I cant boot up. I did the hard reset, I can't find out how to enter bootloader from a turned off device.. Am I screwed?

Hold volume down then push and hold power until it gets to bootloader

Yeah, so sorry about this post. I got Power and Middle buton confused.

I'm trying to make a ROM and I get an error saying " SystemDll.Dll already exists" Cant figire out why.

Search your folders for that file, and delete one of the duplicates.
