Cant flash rom

Hey got my diamond from sprint via ups, and had to walk 4 miles in a freaking blizzard cuz their intelligent insurance company sent it to the wrong address after confirming all week that it was correct. anyway, get home pull it outta the box run the hard spl .57. its unlocked, go to flash the rom i wanted and i get the 208 error. im stuck i cant do crap i restarted the computer and the fone. wtf is wrong? i tried like 3 different roms. same thing. anyway need help asap. stock sucks.

make sure activesync is updated...that was the root cause for me.
