how can i enter the test mode ?

the cell phone always have a test mode ,so we can see some parameters of the phone and the sites ,such as rx power,tx power,pn..i know how to open the test mode of gsm diamond,but i can't enter the cdma phone .

thanks!i know the command,bu it can only set up the phone ,i want see the signal parameters of the radio,sometimes we call it engineering mode.

but i can't see "tx power",and i can see only 1 pn in the active set,diamond can't soft handoff?
