Bluetooth Stack Update?

Hey,
Not withstanding the generous and great work of the chefs, it seems Sprint ROMs are not ready for prime time yet (at least for me).

But the stock ROM has serious static on Bluetooth (at least for me). Has anyone pulled a better stack and tried it from another build or device? I thought someone did something similar on the Mogul a while back.

The difference between a BT headset on my Berry and Diamond is stark. I can't move the Diamond very far away, much less on my belt on the opposite side, without static that ruins the call...at least for me...(enough disclaimers to no piss anyone off?)

Thanks

are you on the stock sprint rom? some heads sets are liked better then others. this may be related to the audio para and not the BT stack its self.

Re: Bluetooth Stack Update?

Yessir, stock with an old busted *** Jabra 250v. It works like a champ with the Touch (I know people had problems but I never did) and is clear as a bell on an 8830. But on the Diamond it sounds like a bag of cats skipping down a sidewalk...

Re: Bluetooth Stack Update?

i am using dharveys 2.0 right now and i have a bluetooth issue that i didn't have with the sprint stock rom. It randomly seems to turn off. I have it paired with an acura tl hands free link. Often when i get in the car i must turn the bluetooth back on via the phone as it turned itself off.

Re: Bluetooth Stack Update?

Not only that, they made their own thread with an ambiguous mispelled title
