Can somebody tell me why I cant update to Juicy 2.1?

I have tried like 3 times, i goes to 0% then gives me an update error message, where is the unlocker HELP!!

thats the thing im confused about, i just ran the unlocker, WHICH didnt restart my phone like the instructions said.... everytime it runs in bootloader mode it disconnects me from active sync, then reconnects me, but its not working... i keep gettin the same error message which is why im sittin here baffled because my touch never did this when is i flashed

it's supposed to turn off activesync, then go into bootloader. A new device will then be detected, and windows may have to install some drivers. XP or Vista?

running windows XP

i had the same issue. run the unlocker again and make sure it goes all the way through. it will restart your phone and you will be notified that the update was successful.

everytime i run the unlocker it takes me to the sspl0.43 screen, disconnects from active sync then gives me an error message saying it cant connect. I unplug my phone, plug it back up, active sync makes the sound like its recognized the device, but still doesnt come up. Now i have to soft reset AGAIN lol and i still havent figured out what the problem is.... welp be back, trying some more

nevermind, i figured it out it was the computer i was using. Used another and it worked, thanks!
