well i was thinking the same but ...i dont know yet ...however i did a TEP exchange last friday and they charged me the 50 bucks but then took it back and have not charged me again ..so i guess its in effect

it says tho that any other physical damage or water damage will void that?.. doesnt it? so i guess you cant drop it lol

can i get TEP? i have a diamond i have had for lik 3 months or 4 and it has some physical damage it is unlocked and i bought it off ebay.
