It's gonna be fun, I work for Alltel and my main service provider is Verizon.

I tried to renew my family plan but the guy at the local store was clueless as to whether I could do it, or not...but he was more than willing to upgrade the other two phones on my plan to smartphones.

We are experiencing a major system downtime. Nothing will work until the 10th. Not sure what we'll have access to at that point, but it should be business as usual.
