View 4G...price plan?
 

I'm planning to pick up an Android tablet...and would like to know if Sprint tacks on another $20 onto the existing acc't just like adding a new phone. OR they'll try and push some dumb separate data plan just to suck more money from me.

If its the latter, I don't see why I would want to tether (hehe) myself to sprint with a tablet as well...when I can easily tether a wifi only model to my EVO.

any thoughts?

A tablet is not a phone so yes, it would be a separate data plan just like if you bought a data card. Also, that is what every carrier does so don't slam Sprint for that, Sprint's data plans are much more competitive than the other carriers.

Not bashing Sprint...why should I really...I've been with them over 10 years. All the wireless providers suck up our cash as it is anyway!

I kinda figured, but its nice to get a confirmation. Am waiting on them to respond to a email that posed the same question (at least about the pricing)

Thinking it MIGHT not be worth buying thru Sprint if its AN entirely separate data plan.

1gb-3g only 19.99
2gb-3g only 29.99
3gb-3g/4g 44.99
5gb-3g/4g 59.99
10gb-3g/4g 89.99
the 4g plans have unlimited 4g

damn too rich for my blood and iw as planning on picking up both devices at launch....might have to save 500 bucks then

Sprint also have it so that when, your on want of the everything data plans you save $10 a month on the 3g/4g plans.
