i wipe my entire blackberry thinking that it will work, now it said that i reload software 507. but i am trying and cannot seem to get that done. any help someone thanks

Maybe the new BB 10 OS device will offer better software and less problems. But again, the 10 OS is new, so there may be some bugs..
