BB Trouble shoot
 

I am fixing to scream. I have had a blackberry less than two mths and I managed to lock it up. I have app error code reset showing up on white screen; doesn't power off and tried and tried to reset all the software in both the pc and phone itself a number of times to fix problems. HELP Please.
