BBSAK Only Opens Once
 

I downloaded the latest "no-nag" version 1.9.11 and was able to open it and back up my 3rd party applications. I closed the application and now it will not reopen when I click on the icon. If I remove the application and reload it, the same think occurs. This happens on my laptop and desktop PCs, both of which are running Windows XP. Any suggestions to fix?
