BB Messenger and WiFi disabled by IT Policy

I bought a BB 9800 Torch n it was locked and I managed to unlock the phone for calls, txt messages but BB messenger, Face Book, Twiter are not working the message appearing ( This application has been disabled by IT policy). Would you please guide me how to solve this problem.

IT Policies are generally controlled through a Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES), typically used as a gateway to Exchange or Lotus Notes for email access. BES IT Policies cannot be easily circumvented and are, by design, for the IT department of your company to control what you are able to do.

If you are not connected to BES for email then I must assume that you bought the phone used and need to do a master reset, which will clear out the BES connection to the previous owner's BES server. If this is the case, make sure to backup your stuff first or you will lose it!
