So I Updated Version 351 To (9700M_PBr5.0.0_rel1607_PL5.1.0.177_A5.0.0.979_AT_ amp_T)
To See If It Was Software Related But Still Problem Persists...

NOTE: This Is Only When Device Is On.

When It Restarts And I See BB Logo I Press Keys Again And Phone Does Not Restart...

If your BB still under warranty send it because sounds like a faulty hardware
