A Newbie - Question
 

Hi Guys 'n' Gals,

Welcome from a "Newbie", I have just purchased (eBay) an unlocked BB T'Mob 8320, done a clean install of v.4.5.0.81 and it's working fine on the o2 Network (PAYG). My problem is I have no data plan but do have a solid WiFi connection at home. I am regularly installing Apps, only to find they will not function as they cannot find a "Network" connection!

I changed the BB Browser to "Hotspot" and that has allowed me Internet access via my WiFi, I also found the "LogicMail" App (which has a WiFi switch), which has allowed me access to my Email Accounts.

Unfortunately most of the Google Apps (Maps, GMail etc.), NewsReaders and other Apps I would like, all require GSM Data Network Access.

Any suggestions on Apps (Free if Possible ;-) ) that I could use specifically over my WiFi?
