Re: [4/09/12] BlackBerry Swiss Army Knife v1.9.2

Ciao to everybody...
once again.
I downloaded your great software (I did use the old version) and all the time I try to install I get this message: The installer encountered an unexpected error installing this package.
This may indicate a problem with this package.
the error code is 2902.
can you help me?
Thanks
Mike

Did you uninstall the old version first before installing the newest?

Re: [4/09/12] BlackBerry Swiss Army Knife v1.9.2

I have downloaded BBSAK.

1. My BB Curve 8900 is unable to reboot (it stays on the BB start up screen with the white bar and stop at 2/3 of the bar)

2. I try connect my bb to BBSAK as per the stages listing in your FAQ but however, the BBSAK always show not responding.

Please help, as i urgently need an effective way to boot up my bb.

Re: [4/09/12] BlackBerry Swiss Army Knife v1.9.2

hi, i own a blackberry 9300 and yesterday morning when i woke up the phone was completely dead, when i plugged the charger in the led stayed on and then the big empty charging battery came on, i left it for about 5 hours and it stayed that way, i went and bought a new battery but the problem remained, i downloaded device software from blackberry and i tried re installing the the software which also doesnt work it gets stuck at "reconnecting to jvm" so i downloaded the JL_Cmder and my phone gets detected by apploader and desktop manager but not by JL_Cmder, so i browsed and found BBSAK and i have exactly the same problem, i killed all the blackberry processes and run BBSAK as admin a couple of times now i started BBSAK then connected the phone and vice versa, still no luck, i went on device manager and changed the setting on the usb ports but still no luck, could you PLEASE help me. my email is mjclaassen65@gmail.com please help me
