I'm not sure, this isn't so easy to unlock/flash cdma (sprint) compared to gsm. I know you can take it to carriers like Metro/Cricket and pay a fee to have it done.

I can say that the easiest way is to buy cdma work shop 3.6 (cost $108, "there is no free copies"
from there you will need to change a few things SPC "the hard part but can be purchased on ebay and many other sites for around $10"
Find your self blackberry desktop manager, connect the phone open desktop mngr, let the drivers install, start CDMA WS 3.6, connect it, Then change the MIN, MDN, SID, NID, PRL, EVDO items.
LEGACY MODE FOR SERVICE BOOK TRANSFTER
options>advanced options>service books.
Hold ALT, and hit S/B/E/B
