Does this work with the Bold 9700? I keep getting device not connected as well, but it does show my pin. I am using the 5.0 330 software. The app worked fine with my Bold 9000. Thanks!

Disconnect, Reconnect and try again. Mine sometimes shows disconnected but still works Yes it does work with your phone. Wide and Wow, the creators are currently updating to a new version at the moment For now, use the existing one. If you can't get it to work at all, they had a timer set on it and that may be the problem. It has completely expired if so.

When you get that response click kill processes then click connect or reconnect. Also, if you're on vista or W7 be sure to run as admin.
