This is where I'll post info for people new to the i760 (so like all of us ;) )

How do I soft reset my phone?
In the keyboard, under the left soft button, there is a small hole. Soft reset in this reset hole with your stylus.

Can I use my i760 as a modem for my computer?
Yes. Verizon wants you to pay an extra $15 per month, on top of your $520 phone and your data plan. We're obviously not going to do that though. Note: If you don't have an unlimited plan, watch your usage. I have the $79.99 plan that includes my phone plan & unlimited data. I recommend it.
The software built in by default on your i760 requires you have the extra feature from Verizon, so we're not going to use it. We'll instead use this software to use the built-in modem in our i760 paying only for whatever data plan you have or what data you use if not an unlimited plan.

Read the Readme included for instructions. This will connect you at EVDO speed. I connect at 962 kbps using this method...without paying that extra $15 a month to Verizon...I'm working on making Internet Sharing work on the phone. It needs more work. The above method will work fine in the mean time.

How do I hard reset (wipe) my phone?
Method A: Hold the stylus in the reset hole on the keyboard and hold down the center round button (action key) on the front of the phone. Hold both of these down for 3 seconds, then remove the stylus while continuing to hold down the action key until you see "Clearing data..."
Method B: Go to the Settings menu->Phone->Security Tab. Select "Clear All Data." The preferred method is method A.

On WiFi, Does WPA & G work?
Yes, out of the box.

Does the i760 support SDHC cards?
Not out of the box, but you can use the cab found here on this site to fix that.

What the heck do the different colored LEDs mean?
Green: System
Red: Phone
Blue: Bluetooth
Yellow: Wi-Fi
Purple: Battery Charging

Does the i760 support MSCHAP (v2) and PEAP ? Looking to avoid a data plan all together as I am almost universally near wifi. At work the wifi is .1x and requires the aforementioned protocols.

The link posted by verizonguy at the beginning of the thread appears to be dead (http://verizonguy.com/i760/modem.zip (http://verizonguy.com/i760/modem.zip)). If you have the modem.zip you can share back please post it here. Thanks.
