GroupWise PDA Connect Error - XCPCSyncSvr.exe

Hello all. I've tried a few different Roms and have started to get the following error when trying to sync with Groupwise using Groupwise PDA Connect:

"Unable to launch \Windows\230\XCPCSyncSvr.exe : Error 2"

I'm currently using

Demolition spb mobile shell rom v3, but have had the same issue with other Roms.

Any thoughts?

Re: GroupWise PDA Connect Error - XCPCSyncSvr.exe

i have the same problem. It only occurs when I try and install pocketshield and use the default windows dialer. If i leave that alone, and just use the rom's default dialer. everything works fine. I tried to activate pocketsheild, and now I have the same issues all over again. I'm using PDAsync.

Re: GroupWise PDA Connect Error - XCPCSyncSvr.exe

I have the same trouble with my week old Treo Pro and GroupWise PDA Connect.

This post recommends delete or rename the /windows/230 directory. I tried to remove this directory and it told me that it was locked. I renamed the folder and I was able to reinstall GroupWise PDA connect and sync. When it did sync it was treated as a new device and I had to do a full sync, overwritting all of my pocket pc records with GroupWise records.

Goes to tell you people don't actually read even if the mods force it upon us.
