First, make sure the document extension is actually .pdf there could have been a mistype by the author. Next, if that is set, I would try a soft reset and see if the problem persists.

Couple of things to try...

Run PDF Viewer first then open the file from within the program.

If you feel secure enough to, depending on whether or not the document is to secret, email it to me and I can attempt to open it on my 800w.

Sorry I couldn't be of more assistance.

Re: PDF Viewer not opening PDF?

What app are you using for pdf's? I use Adobe mobile reader and Xpdf. Give either of those a try and see if that makes a difference. I find them much better than the stock pdf viewer.

Re: PDF Viewer not opening PDF?

I tried opening it and with PDF Viewer it said unknown document device, which Xpdf it said 'Failed to load document'. Don't know what the problem is but that pdf is jacked up.
