Automatic Prepend Not Working (Adding 1- )

There is a problem with Mustan-tech's ROM that the automatic prepend is not working, which adds a 1 to long distance calls, including your own voicemail if you are outside your area code.

I made this new thread because I was wondering if any other ROM cookers have experienced the same problem, and if they have a solution that Mustan-Tech can use.

(Turning off prepend and turning it back on does not fix it)
