help me please

ok so im trying to find a better mod than regawmod and i dont know how to open a cab file can anyone tell me how to get cookies home on my htc hero

That's not possible. It's like trying to run Mac apps on a PC. You are trying to install windows mobile software on an entirely different operating system.
