Is there a way to stop WinMo from losing the connection password?

Is there a way to stop WinMo from losing the connection password?

I have an HTC Touch Pro with an Energy ROM (not that I think it matters as I've seen it other ROMS). Every time it tries to connect to the data network when I'm roaming it dumps the connection password when it is unable to.

Is there anyway to prevent this from happening? If not is there a one click way to reset the password?
