HD2 Not Turning on at all after flash

i got a hd2 it does not turn on at all i have tried holding the down or up button and pushing the reset button but that does not work so i plug it in and get a driver not installed qualcomm cdma technologies msm driver so i need that driver so i can try to fix the phone i need it real bad or my boss will make me give up my hd2 to the person that i messed up his phone trying to put Arabic software on a hd2 that can't have arabic on it so how can i get the new software on it i got the tmobile usa software for it but i just need the driver for it

You might have bricked it. To do a hardreset you have to turn off the phone, hold both volume keys and press the power button. If you flashed a rom that is for an HD2 onto a a T-Mobile HD2 you most likely bricked it.

I would suggest trying to flash another rom off the SD card if you can get into the boot loader. By turn off the phone, pressing volume down and power key at the same time repeatedly.
