Extracted Samsung i600 Apps

So these are from the i600 and were posted over at XDA's FTP.

Most of these work as standalone programs on any Smartphone edition AFAIK, though there may be quirks.

I would simply extract them to a new folder (e.g. \Program Files\Samsung) and create shortcuts to them.

File includes:

- RSS Reader
- Podcast Client
- Quicklauncher (<-- very cool)
- World Clock
- Smart Converter
- Stop Watch
- Smartphone Find
- Time Manager (alarms program)

QuickLauncher is a very nice app. Would be neat to map it to a hardware key on the Q for easy access (could probably use AEB+)...G-funk, any suggestions?

Please post any feed back, cool tricks or little tips using these.

Indeed. Plus it has the ability to launch apps, URLs, folders, etc. Very nice.

So what I've done with AE Button Plus (look for G-funk's tutorial in the Q section) is re-mapped the RED key to the following:

1 Press = (Samsung) QuickLauncher
2 Presses = (AE B+) Task Manager

This gives me complete control over running apps and launching my Favorites very quickly and effortlessly.

For those of you (all 5) wondering what this amazing launcher is like, here you go:

nope. no success yet. It seems it might be "processor locked" to the ROM.
