Delete programs on ROM

Is there a way to delete the programs installed on the ROM? I do not have enough storage memory to open my camera and this is due to too many programs being installed on my ROM, most of which I don't even use.

Try to go to Settings, System, and the Remove Programs...here, u can uninstall programs you don't need.

That deletes programs installed on the RAM. I need to get the ones installed on the ROM, the ones that come with the phone, un-installed.

Well, ummm, no. Having too many things installed in ROM will not cause the camera to not open. That's due to too many things running all at the same time (in RAM). Make sure you have a task manager running that's capable of really closing your apps, like HTC taskmanager or handyswitcher, or any of the other 500 that are out there. Or, try doing a soft reset, which will close all of the programs as well.

Give that a shot. If not, come find someone in the chat room.
