I put together a pack of my favorite apps. I use these and only these. I think SuperManager is far superior to Titanium Backup. Nettalk is pretty sweet on my tablet.

What the name of the actual app is, and short description of what it does would definitely be helpful...

Pretty confusing list at first, but definitely useful! I put in the effort of looking up the ones I wasn't familiar with, and found quite a few cool sounding programs I didn't know about before.

LOL. I think OP just opened telnet to /data/app and did a "ls" and copy the results here.

The /data/app directory contains the apps you downloaded from the Market, including the updates (like the different Google apps/services). Like some of you have said, sometimes the names of the apks are not obvious and need a description.

Amazon Kindle - book reader
Angry Birds - you should know by now what this is
Barcode Scanner - Scans barcode and IDs the product - awesome with the new camera kernel and FRX05
Chase - used for my checking account; I've deposited checks using the camera
Dophin Browser Mini - alternative to the default browser, fast, flash capable but slow
DropBox - file repository using for sharing between your PCs and devices
No Lock - I can't stand the builtin slider lock so I use this to disable it
Pandora - Music streaming
Quick Settings - quick access to most used setting controls
Quote Pro - Stock quote streaming
Root Explorer - file manager
ESPN Score Center
SetCPU - Overclocking app
SlideIT - like swype but better
SlingPlayer - watch TV from your SlingBox
TapaTalk Pro - Forum reader/posting

For Sirius/XM, is a subscription required?

Another app (well widget) I like is the Sense Analog Glass Clock; I like the little system data it shows (like available memory and percentage battery left).

Yup, there is an app for that and it's free!! Just search it in market, I'm not sure what classification they could put that in lol, games, lifestyle, medical, productivity, social, wait, I know.....Tools!!!!!

Sirius/XM you do need a subscription but AFAIK they do offer a 7 day free trial, and believe me, you can work deals with them as far as subscription prices. You may even be able to get just an online subscription instead of the actual radio but the online one doesn't have every single thing the radio does like NFL games, etc, I think because of copywrite garbage.

Yup Sense clock is on mine as well, and I also like Fancy Widget but kept having issues with weather updates. And for a launcher I like ADW, never seem to have issues with it, used to like Launcher Pro but kept getting more and more FC's on it so I bailed.
