NAND boot testing. Test 5: SOUND!!!!/Test 7: Single NBH/Serialno/tilt2 fix

This is not a compact windows, this will allow your rhod to boot directly into android. You flash this like you would any normal windows flash. Setup is the same as reefermattness's builds that go in /andboot (on your sd card). The startup.txt file does not do anything with this, so any changes to it are useless. I will update with a longer, more detailed post in the next few days.

Thanks for your help, and to the super smart devs: Jonpry, [ACL], PHH, Pohket, and the rest of #htc-linux.

Test 7: single nbh (use included modules)

All RHODS need data from RHOD100 variants.

Links:
Modules
RHOD210
RHOD400
RHOD500
Tilt2

For wifi to work, you must download the updated modules file everytime there is a new test.

Download your correct nbh, and place the modules file in andboot of the sd card. The zip's will have your ruu_signed.nbh file in it.

Stuff that doesn't work:
USB!!!! (no charging/maybe works. Test it for me!)
3d
bluetooth
Maybe other stuff, have not tested it in android enough yet.

Working:
Sound
Phone can be turned off correctly.
GPS
Data
Phone
Keyboard
Wifi
will more update later. Basically, I'm leaving it to you guys to test.

Re: NAND boot testing

Well, I may have a solution. I'm going to re-do everything tomorrow to make sure it works correctly. There may be a security thing that I have to follow for some phones. Nothing new on your part, just a new (and smaller!) .nbh file.

I am using a t-mo tp2. rhod210. What info would you need to make an NBH file for my device?

Re: NAND boot testing

in theory, not much. I'm looking into if I can release a single nbh with acl. At worse case, I have one for CDMA, and one for GSM.

Re: NAND boot testing

Test2 added and updated. electrikjesus, I'm really interested if this still works for GSM, so I made a special RHOD210 for you

This is amazing how rapidly solutions are being found.

Thank you guys!
