I cant seem to download the tools folder
I downloaded all the files first then it said the tools folder could not be downloaded, when i try to redownload it, it just hangs on loading and never starts it

I just get a black screen when I try to boot normally and when I hold the pwr and -vol buttons I also get a black screen
I dont get vibration like alot of other users mentioned

Joe88... Sounds like you are going to have to recover through APX mode... Not sure what it entails but find more info on it at the A500 forum at XDA-Developers.

Also, any1 else having an issue with the tools folder? I have been successful at downloading it through my tests... I have re-uploaded it, please let me know if any further issues.

mapaz04, I downloaded all the files just fine last night except the tools folder. Having trouble with that one as well. Then I tried again just now and all the files are gone.

Alright, seems to be an issue with my SkyDrive??? I'll take a look tonight when I get home since I couldnt do it last night... sorry, month-end is hell at my job... Server maintenance... jejeje

i've got a bricked a500, it's my 1st android gadget, and in it's current state it's starting and then when home screen shows up it's immediatly shutting down. So, yesterday i've found Your guide how to unbrick my a500, but it's stuck when i'm flashing 1st file update.zip- its starting, then loading 1/3 and the yellow triangle with exlamation shows up. Any ideas what to do with this?

I tried using your update zip on my bricked a500, but it doesn't work. Here's a screenshot. I can't get ANY update.zips I create to work, using various roms.
