Anybody going to pick one up?

Acer - Iconia Tablet / 10.1" Display / 16GB Storage Memory / NVIDIA Tegra Processor - Aluminum Metallic - A500-10S16U

I recently bought a viewsonic g-tab and really loved having a 10" tablet but the view angles where horrible so I had to return. This one looks good, hoping there is a following (massive rooting and tweaking).

Got this tab... I have to say that I am quite impressed with it... Still looking to see if I can make it error out or even studder while running multiple applications... I hear Honeycomb still needs to be smoothed out a little bit...

PS... Comes preloaded with NFS, Hero of Sparta, and Lets Golf... (for you gamers out there)... jejeje


UPDATE: I spoke too soon, no sooner had I posted this and the FACEBOOK application force closed on me... Maybe its not optimized for this yet??? Guess im going to have to use the app it comes with... Social Jogger... Its not a bad app, I just prefer my facebook app... jejeje

I cant blame ya, I have seen both in action and I just prefer the Transformer.

So I picked one of these up from best buy today and it rocks. Now we need a forum ;)

+1 on that. I love the tablet man!!! I have already submitted a request for a forum!!! This is by far the better tablet for the price! and its sexy too... jejeje

Ya, I was going to hold out for a transformer but after playing with the ACER at best buy I was sold. very nice piece of hardware, yes very sexy. I am very happy I made the decision to not wait for the transformer.
