Python on Android TTS question
Hello community....I've been looking for an answer to this question on different sites and this is my fourth attempt. I use Python on Android for Android and know about the basic concept of using the TTS function to speak whatever is inputted for it to speak. Of course since I speak English, I have the Android TTS settings set for English speech. What I want to know is how would one (from within the Python script) select which language to output for speech?
For example, I want to make a simple language converter in which the user would input English text and then a menu would come up to select which language for it to say that word/statement in. Please would someone help me with this :) Sent from my Amazon Kindle Fire using Tapatalk 2 |
