ROOT MOST ANDROID DEVICES!!! 1Click ROOT!!!
I did not find this here anywhere so I thought this would be something to share with everyone. Please forgive me if it is somewhere and I just did not look hard enough... Delete the thread admins if this is so...

THIS METHOD IS TO ROOT MOST ANDROID DEVICES USING THE 1 CLICK ROOT METHOD FOUND IN THE LINK.

I found this trying to find how to root my wifes Samsung Transform. It works on almost all Android devices from what it looks like.

DEVICES REPORTED NOT TO WORK WITH THIS:

Droid Incredible (HTC Incredible)
HTC Desire GSM
HTC Desire CDMA (HTC BravoC)
HTC Aria
Droid Eris (HTC DesireC)

I found this, all credit goes to the developers that came up with it.
I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU MESS YOUR PHONE UP TRYING THIS. IT WORKED FOR ME AND I AM SHARING WHAT I FOUND.

Here is what you need and what to do...

A WINDOWS pc is a MUST!!!
You must have .NET framework 2.0 or higher. If not, download it.
Download latest version of this program: [APP]SuperOneClick v1.5.5 (Root, Unroot, Enable Non-Market App, Get UNLOCK code) - xda-developers




1.) Make sure your phone has USB-Debugging enabled. On your phone, go to Settings > Applications > Development > USB Debugging.
2. Plug your phone in via USB.



3. Right click the program and click Run As Administrator.
4. Click the Root button and wait for it to finish.
5. Check to make sure you see SUPERUSER!!!

Thanks for sharing, I personally used unrevoked on my evo. But one click root for other devices is very nice!
