I found a working Game Time Plus at the XDA forums. I'd rather have the league pass so I can watch the games but this is better than nothing.

download the files from the links provided in post #13 and you will be able to use NBA Game Time with Game Time Plus working.

Everything works but video. I am getting unable to get my location. So the live games are not accessible. Doesn't say they are blackouted.
