Titanium Backup...how do I backup settings

New to this app and android and I can't figure out how to back up my settings. Can anyone help?

Have you looked at the Backup/Restore and Schedule buttons? I suggest starting with the Schedule button and go from there.

open the app.. press backup/restore..press menu.. press batch.. run 'backup all apps/user data'
