Re: Sirius

Does this one require the "premium" internet listening option?

No but you have to have a stream online account. Sirius used to let you have a stream account for every radio you had. Now you have to have one or the other. They want you to pay.

hope this makes it clear.

Re: Sirius

Just checked the Sirius|XM website.

The Android app uses the Premium Online option.

If you already have a Sirius account and get free online streaming (as I do), you need to sign up and pay for the Premium Online option.

If you don't already have a Sirius account, you need to sign up and pay for the Premium Online option.

If you already have a Sirius account and already pay extra for the Premium Online option, you are good to go (you are already paying extra).

Nope. No thanky.

Just another example of the new "standard" business model of
Charge more, deliver the same
or Charge the same, deliver less
Now being "upgraded" to Charge more, deliver less.

I only listened for OnA. Sirius stinks and puts more restrictive regulations than regular radio. Like you said, I'm not going to pay more for less. Thanks Mel.

Re: Sirius

You can try one of the online radio apps, search that in the Market. I know A Online Radio, if you search Howard, you can listen to the West Coast feed.
