Porting WinMo apps to Android

How easy is it to port an app from WM to Android? I ask because I have yet to find an Android media player that I like as much as Nitrogen. I have tried nearly every one, and none are as good as the simple, folder based, skinnable Nitrogen. I'd be willing to pay someone to port this for me.
