Thumbprint Unlock for Evo: trick or treat?

So I'm hanging out at my cousins salon and this guy comes in with several phones, one is an EVO. I'm assuming he's some type of rep since he's trying to sell phone contract etc. Anyway, he pulls out his EVO and was showing it around asking people to try to unlock it using their thumb print. 3 or 4 people tried it and it wouldn't work, he takes his thumb and places it on the screen and it unlocks. If this is an actual working program, where can I get it for my EVO? If he's just doing some "slight of...thumb" trickery, it was pretty slick and I STILL want to know where or how I can get it! Anyone have this on their EVO?

Theres a app like that for the Touch Pro 2 that just used a counter to unlock the phone. You place your thump on the screen for a specified amount of time and it unlocks. Probably the same or similar. I havent seen it on the Evo but the one I saw for the TP2 was on xda so you might wanna check there.

It cant actually sense your print. Not possible.

Moved to appropriate area.

I had it. Its called "fingerprint Scanner Pro".

It doesn't really scan your prints lol , it works by how long you leave your finger on the screen in an already predetermined amount.

I got my wife an kids but my wife figured it out cuz I was leaving it on there each time and moving my lips counting out the blips.

Because the touch screen is a touch screen and not a camera like scanning device.
