I had the radio fail, and Sprint replaced the phone. All works now.

that was the problem apparently. NO data, no sync. Voice in roaming and eventually died completely, constantly looking for the signal.

My 1st TP worked really well right until the USB port failed. #2 was junk and I hope this 3rd one will do it for me.

All works for now...
