im a tech for sprint and run a service and repair center
i can order myself a replacement right now and have it in hand tomarrow, but thats not what insurance is for nor would i accept a refurb as a replacement for a $300 device that i signed a 2yr contract on, but thats just me

not to mention iv ordered a few replacement pre's and they've all come with deffects
