Camera failure device.exe help please!
Hey, everyone, I just got a Touch pro in trade for my Mogul through the insurance program and I can't use my camera. Every time I try to open my camera, I get a device.exe failure and it doesn't show anything through the camera lens. It has been doing this since I pulled it from the box.
I have searched and searched the forums and can't find the answer so any help would be appreciated.
