I'm a noob and can't find the sprint mogul forum on here so I'm posting in general discussion, sorry. Anyways I have sprint rom 3.56.651.0 and radio version 3.42.02 on my mogul right now. What I am wondering is what is the best radio I can get for my phone, I live in the mountains and get no signal in my house which sucks. I don't have a sd card smaller then 2GB either, should I find one so I can just load a new radio without losing my settings? Can I just load a new radio or do I have to unlock my phone first and is their a radio that works with the sprint rom? I have the PPC battery tweaks and no2chem battery driver installed right now as well as a few other settings I like so if I go the usb route I will lose everything right? How would I know if the sprint guy already unlocked my phone? He put the PPC stuff on there for me already a while back.

1.unlock phone via
nuespl 2.47 or
Olipro 2.40
2.Use sprint rom or go into bootloader mode to install custom radio
3. then get a custom rom so phone boots past splash
