They must have installed their carrier customizations to the phone.

Kinda like what cricket users have to do...

If this was erased when you hard reset previously then flashing a rom will only do the same thing. Your gonna need to know what they did.

Try and call tech support on the phone (landline duh) or something... Possibly they will tell you what to do... Just tell them you hard reset your phone because you were cleaning it out or something..

Or search here or on xda_developers.com for files to make it work on nex-tech. Its gonna be something like dcd's carrier cabs...

Then all you have to do is load a carrier generic rom or cook your own with your carrier customizations.


Yeah and an .msi is supposed to be installed from your pc...Run on pc with phone connected to active sync and it will do the rest.. Or they is definatly the .net3.5 cab around here somewhere.
