Yeah it sounds like you need to unlock the phone first (I would do this through the SD card unlocker cause I believe it is the easiest)
unlock and flash your TP via the SD card is the post you want to go to for unlocking it and once you do this you can download and flash any ROM for the PRO that you may want.
