My brother has a vzw touch pro. Unlocked running a Scrossler Rom.

The touch screen quit working. He relocked via SD Card. But now when he goes into bootloader, it shows tri color screen for a quick second, then immediately goes to a grey screen (like it was flashing), and it just say Loading. Any ideas?

He tried to run a stock Rom exe, via activesync. The phone went to boot loader, said checking device info, goes to grey flashing screen, sits at 0%, then says un-able to connect to device.

Did he maybe run the wrong re-locker? When you put phone in bootloader, it just flashes the boot loader screen for a micro second, so he can not tell me what it says.
