Alltel Roaming

Hi, as most of you may know I got a Sprint TP and configured it for Alltel. Got it working (thanks for everyone's help), and now I always see that it is "digital roaming". I used *228 to activate my phone, and option 2 to calibrate tower usage. Does this mean that I am still roaming? Will I see roaming charges?

Here is a rundown of what i did to get my phone working:
1. Unlocked with Hard SPL.
2. Used QPST to change access code to ##000000.
3. Changed MDN and MIN settings (MSID automatically changed to what I needed)
4. Used *228 to setup phone.
5. Installed MightyROM 5.

Alltel services reps have assured me that I am not roaming since I can use the *228 function and that since activation was successful I should be using Alltel towers. I just can't help but wonder if my phone is still using the Sprint towers in the area? Or if it thinks it should be using Sprint towers, and that it's actually using Alltel towers, and that's why it says roaming? I don't want to end up with a MASSIVE phone bill since I use it alot for work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Poopy

*EDIT: After further analysis, my NAM Name is SPCS which I would assume means Sprint PCS...True? How can this be changed, if needed?
*EDIT 2: I adjusted my MCC, MNC, PPP, and HDR codes and settings to Alltel Service. Still says roaming tho...
